Convicted felons.
The two members of the Brown Family from Alaskan Bush People just served 6 months in jail because they were convicted of collecting checks and leaving for a short period of time. I think they had to leave the state for medical care. I also think the state of Alaska has it out for them for "home schooling" and living off the grid so to speak. This fund is money from oil reserves.
Wouldn't want too!!! Why leave Delmarvalous Shore for cold and dark Alaska, no wonder they pay you to stay....besides seal and bear meat DOES NOT TASTE LIKE CHICKEN!!!
