Maryland state tax will rise to a level to make up for the grants.
Just a little off subject , I was just watching the weather channel 8:45 am . They are now politically involved with the Trump administration. It was all about the clean power act of the obama admin. and Trump getting rid of it.
The weather is what I'm interested in , not some liberal opinion from a weatherman.
