Troopers Seek Public’s Assistance In Identifying Theft Suspects

Georgetown – State Police are requesting assistance in locating Samantrece M. Phillips, 27 of Frankford, and Patrice S. Batton, 26 of Frankford, who are wanted for multiple counts of Felony Theft of a Senior, Criminal Trespass, and Conspiracy.

Phillips and Batton are wanted in connection with thefts from motor vehicles along Leah Street in Fish Hook Mobile Home Park that occurred on Sunday, September 24, 2017.

If anyone has any information on the location of the above suspects, they are asked to contact Detective T. Powell at 302-752-3807. Information may also be provided by calling Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333, via the internet athttp://www.delaware.crimestoppersweb.com.

Trash like this being raised on OUR tax money. We need to stop welfare. Or at least make it so that anyone on it is to be investigated randomly. Show up at their house and not let them know when you are coming. Plus make it mandatory that they seek work and accept ANYTHING they are offered. No more freebies.
